FAQs
When is Splash Kingdom Windsor open?
Opening times, session times and activity availability will be shown on the official booking system or Splash Kingdom Windsor website.
Opening times may change due to weather, daylight, water quality, staffing, maintenance, private events, equipment, safety requirements or operational needs.
Are all activities available every day?
Not necessarily. Aqua Park sessions, Banana Boat Rides, Ringo Rides, packages and beginner wakeboarding sessions may operate at different times and may be subject to different availability, staffing, safety and weather requirements.
Please check the booking page before travelling.
Can sessions be changed, delayed or cancelled by Splash Kingdom Windsor?
Yes. We may close, suspend, delay, restrict, change, cancel or reschedule any activity, session, facility or part of the site where we reasonably consider it necessary.
Reasons may include safety, weather, lightning, wind, water temperature, water quality, algae, pollution, contamination, visibility, technical issues, equipment issues, staffing, capacity, private events, maintenance, emergency situations, legal requirements, insurance requirements or operational needs.
If we cancel an activity because we cannot provide it, we will offer a reasonable alternative, which may include moving you to another session, issuing a credit, issuing a replacement pass, offering an alternative activity, or providing a refund where appropriate.
How do I book a Splash Kingdom Windsor activity?
Bookings should be made through the official Splash Kingdom Windsor booking system or another official sales channel approved by us.
Please check the booking page for live availability before travelling. If a session is not showing as available, it may be fully booked, closed, restricted, or not yet released for sale.
Some Splash Kingdom Windsor packages may include more than one activity, such as Aqua Park access, Banana Boat Rides, Ringo Rides, or a beginner wakeboarding session operated by Plastic Playground Wake Park. Please check the package description carefully before booking.
Do I need to book in advance?
Advance booking is strongly recommended. Some activities, sessions and packages may need to be booked in advance and may not be available to purchase on arrival.
We may refuse entry or participation if you arrive without a valid booking, pass, membership, package or wristband.
Can I book by phone?
Please use the official booking system where possible. If you need help with a booking, please contact us using the contact details on the Splash Kingdom Windsor website.
Please note, bookings made over the phone are subject to an admin fee of £5.
Can I book for a group, party or private session?
Group bookings, private bookings and packages may be available subject to availability and operational requirements.
For group bookings, private bookings, or bookings of 25 or more participants, final numbers must normally be agreed at least 14 days before the booking date unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Group and private bookings must normally be paid in full at the time of booking.
Do participants need to complete a waiver?
Yes. Every participant must complete the required waiver before taking part.
If the participant is under 18, the waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Where a package includes activities operated by more than one Liquid Leisure Limited trading brand, such as a Splash Kingdom Windsor activity and a Plastic Playground Wake Park beginner wakeboarding session, more than one waiver may be required.
If a required waiver is not completed, the participant will not be allowed to take part. No refund, rebooking or compensation will be payable if a session is missed because the waiver was not completed in time.
How early should I arrive?
Unless your booking confirmation, package instructions or pre-arrival information says otherwise, please arrive at least 45 minutes before your activity start time.
You are responsible for allowing enough time for travel, parking, check-in, changing, toilet use, safety briefings, equipment fitting, movement between activities and any other pre-activity requirements.
Packages involving more than one activity may require you to arrive earlier than 45 minutes before the first activity.
What happens if I am late?
If you arrive late, it will be at the discretion of the manager on duty whether you can be accommodated.
We are not obliged to extend a session, delay a session, provide a refund, provide a rebooking or provide compensation because of late arrival.
Late arrival may also mean that you miss the required safety briefing, in which case you may not be allowed to take part.
What happens if I miss my session?
If you miss your session because you arrive late, fail to attend, miss check-in, miss the safety briefing, fail to complete a waiver, fail to meet the activity requirements or fail to bring required equipment, no refund will be issued.
Can I leave before my session ends?
You may leave an activity early if you need to, but you must follow staff instructions and use authorised exit points.
For safety reasons, leaving an activity early does not automatically mean you can return to the same session. Any re-entry will be controlled by staff and may not be permitted.
No refund or partial refund will be given for unused session time if you choose to leave early.
Can I book more than one session?
You may be able to book more than one session, subject to availability, session rules and staff discretion.

What is the adult-to-child ratio?
For the Aqua Park, a ratio of at least one adult to three children under the age of 10 applies unless we impose a stricter ratio for a specific activity, group, session, weather condition, safety reason or operating arrangement.
